The killing this weekend of two New York City police officers as they sat in their patrol car left many people devastated. But a message from the teenage son of one of the officers is a heartbreak in itself. "Today is the worst day of my life," 13-year-old Jaden Ramos posted on Facebook about the slaying of his father, Rafael Ramos. "Today I had to say bye to my father," the teenager wrote. "He was (there) for me everyday of my life, he was the best father I could ask for. It's horrible that someone gets shot dead just for being a police officer. Everyone says they hate cops but they are the people that they call for help. I will always love you and I will never forget you. It took almost two years for actor Matt Damon to unload Maravilla, as his double-parcel property in Miami Beach is called. The main house was built in 1935. He bought Maravilla in 2005, bringing together two parcels that cost a total of $14.5 million. Last year he listed it at $20 million, then cut the price 5 percent, to $18,999,000. The price paid by the buyer -- CEO of a mortgage company -- is undisclosed

On Sunday, Dec. 21, she revealed the kiddo's name to be Reign Aston Disick. The reality star, 35, posted a picture on Instagram holding her little boy's hand, captioning it, "Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick." Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick. She is already mom to son Mason and daughter Penelope with longtime partner Scott Disick, 31. Since giving birth, she and the rest of her family have remained relatively quiet on social media. Disick, however, did Instagram a picture of the card sent by Khloe Kardashian's on-again boyfriend French Montana, in which the rapper wrote, "Congradulations on Baby #3 I wish I could have named him 'Haann' or 'Daddy' I wish you all the blessing in the world!"

The 8 siblings who were found stabbed to death at their home in Cairns, Australia in the early hours of Friday Dec. 19th, it looks like they were killed by their own mother. 37 year old  Mersane Warria (pictured above), has been charged in the deaths of the children, 7 her own, and one her niece.  The children  – four girls and four boys – were aged between two and 14 years, Australian police said Warria pictured being taken away by paramedics after the massacre at her home on Friday Warria, who is in hospital  where she is recovering from stab wounds, was charged with eight counts of murder in a bedside hearing a t Cairns Base Hospital  in the northern city of Cairnsueensland today Dec. 21st. Police didn't say exactly how the children died but they are suspected to have been stabbed to death as several bloody knives were found in the home, while one or two were suffocated.
