A disgruntled former "America's Next Top Model" contestant, who was mysteriously disqualified towards the end of cycle 17, is getting litigious with host and executive producer Tyra Banks. Angelea Preston claims in the suit filed Wednesday that she was wrongly disqualified for being a former escort, and that she was supposed to be that season's winner. {Associated Press via Jezebel}

Beverly Johnson is the latest woman to accuse Bill Cosby of drugging and using force on her. The former supermodel wrote a first-hand account of the incident, which took place in Cosby's home, for Vanity Fair. Though the 62-year-old does not claim she was raped by Cosby, her story falls in line with those of the dozen or so other women, including fellow model Janice Dickinson, who have come forward in recent weeks. {Vanity Fair}

If Sephora was hoping to generate buzz over it’s new store in Sydney, Australia, it definitely succeeded -- but not for the right reason. The beauty retailer used its Twitter account to promote the store’s upcoming opening using #Countdowntobeauty -- a perfectly sensible hashtag, as long as you remember to put the “o” between the “c” and the “u,” which Sephora did not. It’s not the worst mistake in the world but considering all the negative attention Sephora has been receiving, we’re pretty sure the social media team has gotten an earful. If it’s any consolation, it made us giggle. {Cosmetics Design}
