Leading business hotel Southern Sun Ikoyi boosted relations within its community by recently providing business and leisure seekers with a wonderful experience as it hosted its quarterly corporate VIP cocktail event on Thursday 21st July, 2016. The elegant affair received exclusive coverage and red carpet interviews from leading lifestyle station Ebonylife TV and was well attended by a variety of guests which included investors, diplomats, embassy representatives, industry personnel, local and international corporate representatives and leading entrepreneurs, all treated, to delicious canapes and fine wine.
Mark Loxley, General Manager Southern Sun Ikoyi welcomed guests to the exclusive affair, thanking them for their continued patronage of the hotel. Mark Loxley conveyed that the hotel’s quarterly cocktail event is indeed aimed at providing continued support to businesses within the community and also building relationships geared towards future and fruitful collaborations.
Also speaking at the event, Sallie Khavere, Sales and Marketing Manager, Southern Sun Mayfair Nairobi, thrilled guests by sharing her experiences so far, on her first visit to Lagos. Sallie Khavere then enlightened guests on the vast Tsogo Sun portfolio, introducing to them the charming and colonial-styled Southern Sun property located in Mayfair Nairobi, Kenya.

The Fall/ Winter Haute Couture Fashion week in Paris began on the July, 3rd and ended on July 7th 2016 with the appearance of a few of our favourite bridal designer showcasing their new and beautiful collections with admirable bridal inspired styles. Lebanese fashion designer  Elie Saab  introduced  The Light of Now  collection offering 3-d floral appliques, statement necklines, enchanting embroidery with the colours ranging from the golden gates of heaven to midnight purple and blue and desirable statement pieces in noir. All outfits were accompanied with stunning jewellery enhancing the elegant, sophisticated theme with runway glam – including an appearance from Nigerian Elite Model Management Model  Mayowa Nicholas.
