The Biggest Loser family is in mourning. Season 7 alum Damien Gurganious died at the age of 38 on Monday, Nov. 24, Us Weekly can confirm. Gurganious, who celebrated his birthday just one week before his passing, suffered from a sudden onset of a rare autoimmune disorder that caused bleeding in his brain. "He was a pillar of his family, an amazing son, brother, cousin and uncle," his family tells Us in an exclusive statement. "He was an incredible husband and father to his two-year old daughter, Giselle. He was an inspiration and a mentor to so many. His love for his family and friends was immense." Governor of Imo state and a presidential aspirant of the APC, Chief Rochas Okorocha, says that the reign of terror by Boko Haram members in Nigeria will not stop if President Jonathan is re-elected President in 2015. A Phoenix  white police officer on Tuesday December 2nd, shot dead Rumain Brisbon, a 34 year old father of four, after he mistook Brisbon's pill bottle for a gun. According to Phoenix police report, Brisbon was suspected of peddling hard drugs. Following a tip-off, he was approached by a 30 year old white police cop to asked him to come down from his Cadillac SUV for a search which he agreed to. According to the police version of events, while coming down from his vehicle, Brisbon was said to have 'appeared to be removing something' from the rear seat. The officer instructed him to show his hands but instead Brisbon placed one or both hands in his waistband area before fleeing to a nearby apartment building. The police officer pursued him and they claim he refused the officers command asking him to get on the ground.
