It took almost two years for actor Matt Damon to unload Maravilla, as his double-parcel property in Miami Beach is called. The main house was built in 1935.































He bought Maravilla in 2005, bringing together two parcels that cost a total of $14.5 million. Last year he listed it at $20 million, then cut the price 5 percent, to $18,999,000. The price paid by the buyer -- CEO of a mortgage company -- is undisclosed
